These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of the Explorer Belt, a belt designed to make walking your dog easier and more comfortable.
By purchasing or using the Explorer Belt, you agree to these terms.
1. Product Description
The Explorer Belt is designed to assist in walking your dog hands-free.
It must be used responsibly and in accordance with its intended purpose.
2. Proper Use
The Explorer Belt is intended for normal dog-walking activities only.
The user agrees to:
Use the product in a safe and controlled manner
Ensure the belt is properly adjusted before use
Use the belt with dogs appropriate to its strength and design
Buddy Doggy is not responsible for misuse or inappropriate use of the product.
3. User Responsibility
The user is fully responsible for:
The behavior and control of their dog
Ensuring their own safety and the safety of others
Any damages or injuries resulting from the use of the Explorer Belt
4. Warranty and Repairs
Our repair workshop is located in Brussels.
The Explorer Belt comes with a 2-year warranty, valid under normal use conditions.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or external factors.
5. Limitation of Liability
Buddy Doggy shall not be held liable for:
Injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use of the product
Indirect or consequential damages
Situations beyond our reasonable control
Use of the Explorer Belt is at your own risk.
6. Modifications
Buddy Doggy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will apply from the moment they are published.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
