How long is a walk with Buddy Doggy?
Our walks last at least 1h30 in the forest. We adapt to each dog according to its energy, personality and weather. The groups are carefully formed to offer everyone a pleasant, balanced ride adapted to their needs.
Will my dog be walked alone or with other dogs?
Your dog will be walked in a pack, surrounded by companions adapted to his temperament. This is why good socialisation is essential so that each walk takes place in a serene and positive atmosphere.
How do I know if my dog is safe during the walk?
Safety is our priority. Dogs with aggressive behaviour are not accepted in packs to guarantee serene walks. A good recall and natural follow-up are essential to allow everyone to fully enjoy the walks.
The walker is also trained in dog first aid and prepared in case of emergency.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Walks take place in all weathers, except in the event of closure of green spaces by Brussels Environment (strong winds, dangerous conditions). We always adapt the walk and its duration according to the weather, especially in case of strong heat or extreme cold, for the well-being of the dogs.
Will my dog be on a leash?
Each dog evolves at its own pace. During the first walk, we test its autonomy gradually: short leash, long, then freedom under control with GPS if its recall and natural follow-up are validated.
The goal is to allow each dog to enjoy without a leash, with confidence, while respecting the rules of the pack and the forest.
Can I meet the walker before the first ride?
Yes, a first meeting can be organised to get to know each other, introduce your dog and discuss his specific needs.
Do I have to be at home when you come to pick up my dog?
Your presence is not mandatory. If you are at home, we will notify you of our arrival by message. Otherwise, you can simply leave us a key or an access code so that we can pick up your dog with confidence.
What is the price of a walk?
Home care, the 1h30 walk in the pack and in the forest, photos and the return of your dog are included for €28.
Degressive rates are offered from 3 walks per week.
